As much as we at Eurolight wish for all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, if for one reason or another our products do not meet your expectations, we apologize in advance and will wish to work with you to rectify the matter as soon as possible.
Please read the following carefully.
Eurolight warranties its products to be free of defects in parts and workmanship. Any product found defective may be returned to Eurolight with proof of purchase for replacement or repair within 30 days.
Upon Receipt of your Order:
Damage of Goods :
Goods must be carefully inspected upon delivery. Any claim for damages or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Eurolight.com will allow you 30 days in which to return your merchandise.
* Returns of merchandise can only be accepted with an R.G.A. number (return guaranteed authorization).
* Returned products will be accepted only in original inner and outer package and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
* Freight in this case will be at customer's charge. In the case that the order was inadequately filled by Eurolight, then the 15% restocking charge and freight will not apply.
